We produce single pieces in the most different sizes according to drawings or samples. A wide range of the most different turning, milling and grinding units allows us flexibility in our production. We use conventional and CNC controlled machines and machining centres. In the range of chipping, a processing is possible on a 4th axis respectively 5th with integrated CAD-CAM technology.  Additionally we also offer different heat treatments and surface treatments.

We laser mark or engrave your parts with your item numbers.

We compile test reports, initial sample test reports as well as customer-specific records. Including the data into the IMDS (International Material Data System) is also given. The dimensional inspection is carried out with the most modern measurement devices available.
